Designed with clapboard structure, culturing liquid be added into bottom of the tube from outside of the clapboard, attached seminal plasma concentrate pasteur pipette insert into bottom of the tube from inside of the clapboard, the design avoids culturing liquid being stired, meanwhile the seminal plasma will not adhere to tube wall outside of clapboard; sperm swimming in the seminal plasma and enter into the upper medium autonomously, separated from other seminal plasma、impurities and cells、microorganism on their own; then sucks upstream sperm from outside of the clapboard after the sperm swimming up, avoid accidentally suction of bottom material, to facilitate complete collection at upper level.
